products and our service and so we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that
if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will
exchange them or provide a refund. If you decide your order is not for you we
will refund in full including the cost of the original postage;
- We will despatch at the earliest opportunity by Royal Mail in discreet
and secure packaging;
- We will provide you with absolute shopping privacy. We will never exchange,
rent, or sell your personal information to any third party.
- We will use a secure online ordering system which has achieved the highest
level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI). We adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring
that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
What we ask of you:
- If contacting us by e-mail please include your 5 figure order number and
date of order so that we can help swiftly;
- If an item is being returned for refund or replacement, please do so within
seven days of receipt and enclose a print out of the following downloadable
Returns Form (PDF, 150K);
- The returned item must be in the same condition as originally despatched.
Please take care when unpacking & repacking and please ensure that briefs are
tried on over your own lingerie - you will understand we cannot accept returns
on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in poor condition.
Made to Measure
Items that have been made to order, or measure such as Diki and Jane Woolrich
garments are not included in our returns policy, and we regret that these
items are not returnable. Hosiery will be accepted if it has not been removed from the packaging. Delivery of made to measure items averages 21 working days.
Shipping
All items are sent by Royal Mail in discreet packaging which give
no indication of their contents.
We make every possible effort to update the website to accurately reflect our
availability levels. However, in circumstances where you have ordered an item
that is out of stock at the point of picking, your order will be automatically
'Backordered' while we order new stock or await supply. Delivery can take up
to 10 working days but averages 4 working days.
We confirm shipment by e-mail.
Free Gift Wrapping
Scented beads and tissue wrapped lingerie in a gift box can make a wonderful
presentation but this luxurious wrapping service is available free of charge
for UK orders over £20.00 only.
Returning unwanted/exchange goods
